High school science teacher
The greatest benefit of the program to my students is the opportunity to use technology as a primary source for instruction. Our class atmosphere has changed drastically. The textbook is no longer an additional appendage of the student. Also, students are more involved in their learning because of the self-directed arrangement of the classroom. Incomplete assignments have become almost nonexistent, and the need for large amounts of homework has vanished. Students have remarked about being excited to come to science now, and wonder what new challenges wait. Discipline has declined, while the discovery of new personal growth and capabilities are being uncovered. I have noted all learning styles are now being addressed more regularly, perhaps allowing for the higher success rates in the classroom.
