Register for veteran eMINTS & eMINTS4All teacher program
Register online through November 2, 2009
General information
This program for veteran teachers is intended to provide eMINTS and eMINTS4All teachers who have completed their PD programs (in spring 2009 or earlier) with access to new resources, online support and opportunities for collaboration.
Opportunities
- Access to Tech4Learning online support (Recipes and Snacks)
- Access to current eMINTS PD modules and resources
- Enrollment in eMINTS Moodle course for veteran eMINTS and eMINTS4All teachers, facilitated by eMINTS staff
Costs
- $125/year for individual
- For 3 or more participants registering together from the same district - $100 per person/year
Payment information
Note: University policies require the following
payment procedures:
- Payment must be received within ten working days of the submission date
of your registration form or the registration will be cancelled.
- Registrants will receive e-mail confirmation after payment is received.
- Types of payment accepted: credit card (Visa, Master
Card and Discover), personal check or purchase order only.
Credit card payments
- eMINTS accepts Visa and MasterCard only.
- Complete the online registration form.
- Contact the eMINTS office with your credit card information within
ten working days:

Personal check payments
- Complete the online registration form.
- Payable to eMINTS National center
- Mail your check to:

Purchase order (P.O.) payments
- Complete the online registration form, making sure to include the Purchase
Order number in its designated field.
- Payable to eMINTS National Center
- Fax your Purchase Order to eMINTS office at (573) 884-7614

Cancellation and refund information
- Participants who cancel before online registration closes will be eligible
for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the announced closing
date for online registration.
Register & next steps
- If you cannot attend the November-December Veterans online course, look for another session beginning in January 2010.
