eMINTS PD for Educational Technology Specialists
(PD4ETS
)
Description
- A two-year “train-the-trainer” program designed to prepare individuals to deliver eMINTS comprehensive PD and eMINTS4All to educators in their settings.
- PD4ETS includes a rigorous certification process with significant levels of support from eMINTS staff both on- and off-site.
- Intended for school- or district-level educational technology professional development specialists. Successful completion of certification process allows participants to deliver eMINTS comprehensive PD and eMINTS4All to school or district educators for an annual access fee.
- Minimum of 3 days of recertification required every 3 years following receipt of certification.
- PD4ETS is delivered by eMINTS staff members through a combination of face-to-face, online, e-conferencing and video teleconferencing experiences.
- PD4ETS includes multiple site visits over the two-year period.
- Minimum cohort group size is 5 participants; maximum cohort group size is 15 participants.
