Annual organization participation fee for eMINTS implementations

Description

This annual fee defrays costs incurred by the eMINTS National Center on behalf of eMINTS implementations for the following services and programs:

• Required reporting between eMINTS and funding source (if applicable)
• eMINTS4Administrators program registration
• eMINTS4Technology Coordinators program registration
• eMINTS in Special Education program registration
• eMINTS Leadership Institute (up to 8 participants per team)
• Overall eMINTS program evaluation (not project-specific evaluation)
• eThemes access for eligible participants
• Database services
• Graduate credit administration
• Management, maintenance and support for participants' communication tools
• eMINTS Winter Conference registration fee for year 2 eMINTS and eMINTS4All teachers and year 1 PD4ETS participants

Costs

•  1-10 participants - $6,000/year
• 11-25 participants - $10,000/year
• 26-50 participants - $24,000/year
• 51-75 participants - $35,000/year

Participants

Number of participants is calculated by totaling the number of educators in the following programs:

• Comprehensive eMINTS professional development
• eMINT4All professional development
• eMINTS for Administrators
• eMINTS for Technology Coordinators
• eMINTS in Special Education
• PD4ETS participant(s)
• Members of eMINTS Leadership Institute (non-duplicative of participation in other programs)

Total number does not include educators participating in the following programs:

• Veteran eMINTS teacher
• Custom eMINTS professional development

These programs are priced separately.
