PD4ETS
The two-year eMINTS Professional Development for Educational Technology Specialists (PD4ETS) program is part of a strategy to expand eMINTS to more classrooms throughout the state of Missouri, nationally and internationally. PD4ETS helps empower schools and districts to effectively implement the eMINTS instructional model through the delivery of eMINTS professional development by certified local trainers.
PD4ETS offers a range of instructional solutions, from a replication of the full eMINTS implementation to a tailored use of the programs to facilitate compatible educational goals as determined by individual districts.
PD4ETS offers high-quality professional development in a train-the-trainer model. It provides professional educators with essential support systems and a collaborative group of colleagues. Participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the eMINTS instructional model and high-quality professional development in their own educational settings.

Recertification
To maintain access to eMINTS PD materials and provide professional development for official eMINTS teachers, a certified eMINTS Instructional Specialist (eIS) must fulfill recertification requirements every three years. The purpose of recertification is to ensure participants are staying current in the fields of technology integration, adult facilitation and the eMINTS program.
