Access fee for eMINTS materials
This annual access fee allows certified eMINTS Instructional Specialists (graduates of the eMINTS PD4ETS program) to access current eMINTS materials for use only within their organization’s professional development programs.

$750 annual fee for each certified instructional specialist.
eMINTS Comprehensive PD
- 2-year program (250 contact hours) with 9-10 classroom visits per year.
- Required for official eMINTS teachers grades 3-12.

Replacement or additional comprehensive eMINTS teacher
Established eMINTS organizations adding or replacing comprehensive eMINTS teachers using organization funds and requesting eMINTS staff deliver the professional development, the following rates apply:
- $3,000/teacher per year for 2 years
- Participants required to complete both years
eMINTS4All
- 2-year program (90 contact hours) with 8-9 classroom visits per year.
- Intended for teachers (and other educators) in schools with official eMINTS classrooms.

Replacement eMINTS4All teacher
Established eMINTS organizations adding or replacing eMINTS4All teachers using organization funds and requesting eMINTS staff deliver the professional development, the following rates apply:
- $2,000/teacher per year for 2 years
- Participants required to complete both years
PD4ETS
- 2-year “train-the-trainer” program with up to 4 site visits per year.
- Intended for school- or organization-level educational technology professional development specialists.
- Includes variety of support mechanisms.
- Successful completion of certification process allows participants to deliver eMINTS Comprehensive PD and eMINTS4All to school or organization educators for annual access fee.

- Year 1 – $12,500 per participant
- Year 2 – $5,000 per participant
- Year 1 and Year 2 fees may be invoiced in equal amounts ($8,750 per year) over two years
- Upon completion of certification as eMINTS Instructional Specialist, $750 annual access fee per specialist for eMINTS materials access rights.
Recertification workshops for certified eMINTS Instructional Specialists
Minimum of 3 days of recertification required every 3 years following receipt of certification. Recertification workshops are available to certified eMINTS Instructional Specialists only.
- 1 day – $100
- 2 day – $200
- 3 day – $300
- Multiple participant fee adjustment may be available.
Replacement PD4ETS
If an organization needs to replace a certified eMINTS instructional specialist, eMINTS will allow a replacement educator to participate in the PD4ETS program at a reduced rate. Please note that these costs apply ONLY to organizations that are replacing individuals who have completed the PD4ETS program and are certified eMINTS Instructional Specialists or to organizations that are replacing individuals who have completed only Year 1 of the PD4ETS program but are unable to complete Year 2 of the program. It is not intended as a mechanism for districts to add additional PD4ETS participants.

Veteran eMINTS teachers
- Intended to provide eMINTS and eMINTS4All teachers with knowledge and skills needed to maintain high-quality eMINTS classroom implementations.
- Online support and collaboration opportunities for teachers who have completed eMINTS PD.
- Continues the learning experiences eMINTS and eMINTS4All teachers need to sustain the teaching practices, instructional techniques and technology skills gained in eMINTS PD.

- Access to current eMINTS PD materials – $25 per person/year (includes access to Tech4Learning resources for one year)
eMINTS for Administrators
Year-long professional development for administrators in eMINTS schools or organizations.

eMINTS for Technology Coordinators
- Professional development for technical contacts in eMINTS schools or organizations.
- Access to online collaboration tools for technical contacts – both synchronous and asynchronous.
