Submit WebQuest

Criteria for submission

The following process has been set up to ensure that each WebQuest linked from the eMINTS website is of the highest quality. Approved WebQuests join the permanent collection of resources for educators.

At this time, only official eMINTS teachers — those trained by eMINTS staff and those trained by certified instructional specialists who are enrolled or have completed the eMINTS PD4ETS program — are eligible to submit WebQuests for the eMINTS National Center database.

  1. Teachers should submit only original creations and provide appropriate acknowledgements/citations for all source WebQuests, graphics, etc. they have adapted for use in their own quests.
  2. Teachers must first use the WebQuest in their classrooms before submitting it for evaluation. If a teacher cannot use the WebQuest in his or her own classroom, implementation in another grade-appropriate classroom is acceptable.
  3. A copy of the evaluation rubric/scoring guide below should be completed by the submitting teacher and scores transferred to the submission form. The eMINTS National Center website will provide a link to WebQuests that score 65 points or higher on this scoring guide. Only WebQuests that earn 65 points or higher on the self-evaluation should be submitted.
