What to expect

This welcome and orientation meeting will provide participants with information about the 2009-2010 Missouri grant programs. Attendees will meet their eMINTS instructional specialists and have an opportunity to network with others who have positions similar to theirs. DESE staff will share grant fund allocation information and reporting requirements. eMINTS staff will share details about program implementation, what works in the eMINTS comprehensive professional development program, equipment specifications and implementation timelines.

Who should attend?

District eMINTS team members including

• Project contact
• Principal(s) from buildings involved
• Tech coordinator responsible for installing equipment
• At least one teacher in eMINTS Comprehensive PD program
• PD4ETS participant or certified eMINTS instructional specialist (if applicable)
• One - two additional teachers involved in project (optional)
• Library media specialist (optional)

Costs

Lunch will be provided. All other travel expenses are the district/organization’s responsibility.
