This interactive site covers lot of technical information about research in personality psychology. Included are numerous personality tests for self-evaluation.

This site contains an index of lectures on different personality theories.

Just For Fun Personality Test
This simple test will reveal your personality. Choose the pattern that appeals to you the most and then read the description.

B.F. Skinner
This site contains a brief survey of operant conditioning as well as a biography of B.F. Skinner. There are numerous photographs of Dr. Skinner, and also an audio file of him giving a presentation. The audio file requires Real Player.

Behaviorism
This is a detailed, in-depth article about behaviorism. Click on the links in the table of contents to skip directly to the sections about Watson and Skinner.

The Freud Web
This site includes explanations of levels of consciousness, libido, id, ego, and superego, defense mechanisms, psychosexual stages of development, and repression. Also discussed are the treatment techniques of hypnosis and free association as practiced by Sigmund Freud.

Anna Freud
This biography of Anna Freud discusses her work in the fields of psychoanalysis and child psychology.

Karen Horney
This biography of Karen Horney contains an explanation of her theory of neurosis.

Erik Erikson
This site discusses Erikson's eight stages of Psychosocial development. Included is a summary chart and opposing viewpoints.

Erich Fromm
This is an article about the life and work of Erich Fromm, including a bibliography of further reading.

Albert Bandura
This paper discusses Albert Bandura's famous Bobo doll experiment and contemporary debates on violent behavior and its influences.

Arthur Combs
Here is a biography of Arthur Combs that talks about the work he did with Donald Snygg.

Carl Rogers Summary
