America Reads Challenge: Spider-Man in Amazing Adventures
This government site offers reading and word puzzle activities featuring Spider-man. You can download the pdf or open each page individually using the graphic links.

Time for Kids: Powerpuff Girls
This online newsmagazine for kids features an interview with the Powerpuff Girls. Find out their special powers and their most prized possessions.

Time for Kids: Static Shock
Read about Static Shock, the first African American teenage superhero featured in a cartoon. A link at the bottom goes to Static Shock's homepage.

Time for Kids: Superman Meets Batman
This is a short story about a possible movie featuring Superman and Batman both arguing for their way of battling crime. Students can fill out a form with their opinions of this idea. NOTE: This site includes ads.

DC Comics

This site compiles information about black superheroes. Includes articles, discussions, exhibits and images featuring superheroes of color.
