Printer and scanner

Must be installed and fully functional by Oct. 15, 2007.

Note: It is not necessary to purchase two separate printers (black and white as well as color). If one of the two printers is currently installed in the classroom, meets specifications, and the district wishes to continue using the printer, use printer specifications from FY06 for the other printer. This will insure both black and white and color printing capabilities.

Minimum specifications

• Color LaserJet All-in-One (Print, Scan, Copy)
• 600 x 600 dpi for print and copy
• Flatbed scan system
• 1200 x 1200 dpi for scanning
