FY06 specificationsOfficial eMINTS classrooms must be provided with the full suite of hardware and software as specified by the eMINTS National Center. Equipment purchased for official eMINTS classrooms must meet minimum specifications. Minimum specifications for each piece of FY06 equipment purchased by participating organizations are accessible from the chart below. Each organization is responsible for purchasing equipment and establishing technical support on its own. Equipment and software placed in classrooms in the grades above and below the official eMINTS classrooms must also meet eMINTS specifications if teachers assigned to those classrooms will be participating in the eMINTS4All professional development program. This will insure that the eMINTS implementation is consistent across the school and that professional development sessions for teachers are meaningful.
More informationEquipment purchased for use in eMINTS classrooms must meet minimum specifications. Please note that the eMINTS National Center does not provide funds to teachers, schools, districts or other educational organizations interested in implementing the eMINTS instructional model. Schools, districts and other educational organizations may fund equipment and software for eMINTS classrooms using a variety of funding sources.
