Register for eMINTS professional development services

Step 1 - Secure funding for eMINTS professional development services

Grant applications and information are available for

• Missouri METS School Grants Program
• Title II.D (EETT) in Missouri
• Title I in Missouri
• Title II.D in other states

After grants are awarded or other organization funding is identified, go to step 2.

Step 2 - Register for eMINTS professional development services

Registration for eMINTS professional development services should be submitted not later than June 15, 2008. Requests from schools/districts using grant funds will be accepted after the deadline date if grant awards are not made until after that date. Organizations using grant funds to cover eMINTS participation fees must submit registration within 10 calendar days following notice of grant award.

Professional development registration for replacement teachers in existing eMINTS and eMINTS4All classrooms should be made as soon as the replacement teacher is assigned. If replacement(s) have not been identified when registration form is submitted, please submit required contact information (items 1-4 below) for each replacement as soon as he/she is assigned by sending e-mail to emints-info@emints.org.

Each organization/district is required to provide the following information:

1. Organization/district contact information.
2. Contact information for the organization/district's official eMINTS project contact person.
3. Contact information for each person who is registering for contracted eMINTS programs and services in FY09:
1. Legal first name (no nicknames, please)
2. Last name
3. E-mail address
4. Organization/district name

Please use the electronic form linked below to submit all information for contracted FY09 eMINTS professional development services and participants registering for eMINTS PD programs. The eMINTS National Center will prepare a contract for professional development services with your organization/district and create accounts for participants' access to eMINTS online learning environments based on the information submitted.

School/district trainers submit participant information online - new for 2008-2009

New for 2008-2009 - all school/district eMINTS instructional specialists who are providing eMINTS comprehensive or eMINTS4All PD training should submit their participants' information via an online form. This information is required to set up access to eMINTS modules and PD materials for comprehensive and eMINTS4All participants.

New for 2008-2009 - School/district trainers who are providing ongoing custom PD services whose participants are eligible to access eMINTS PD modules and materials should submit their participants' information using the online form lnked below.
