The eMINTS National Center will maintain an online communication forum for current PD4ETS participants and graduates of the program. The forum will serve as a means of
- Communication between the eMINTS National Center and eMINTS PD4ETS participants and graduates.
- Important notices will be pushed out to forum members’ e-mail.
- A forum for sharing ideas.
- Participants and eMINTS staff may post resources, links and ideas for facilitating eMINTS [rofessional development and classroom visits.
- Submission of documentation.
- All documents required by the National Center for the training of official eMINTS or eMINTS4All teachers will be submitted through the online forum. Approval of professional development schedules will be posted in the forum.
- Completion of recertification materials will be posted in the online forum. A record of recertification will be maintained for all participants.
More information and specifications
- Participants will be provided an enrollment key and may enroll themselves in the communication forum.
- Participants may remove themselves from the forum, but must be aware that the online forum is the only means of submitting documentation required for training official eMINTS or eMINTS4All teachers, and is the means the National Center will use to communicate with past PD4ETS participants/graduates about eMINTS program information.
- Past PD4ETS participants/graduates may maintain membership in the forum even if they are not currently paying eMINTS access fees and do not have access to the eMINTS professional development materials at the discretion of the eMINTS National Center.
- Current PD4ETS participants or graduates who fail to adhere to eMINTS National Center policies and procedures may be denied access to the online forum.
